Companion.energy is seeking an MLOps Engineer to build scalable infrastructure for forecasting and control models, deploying them to production and maintaining performance across hundreds of assets. You will own deployment, backtesting at scale, and real-time monitoring of algorithms driving high-stakes decisions.

Ideal candidates are strong Python software engineers with hands-on MLOps experience, time-series expertise, and knowledge of MLflow, Dagster, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Experience taking ML models to production and operating them there.
• Fluent with the MLOps toolchain (experiment tracking, model registry, orchestration).
• Experience with time series data and real-time monitoring.
• Strong software engineering practices with tests and rollback.
• SQL pipelines and data quality checks.

Responsabilités

• Package and deploy forecasting and control models to production.
• Set up real-time monitoring and alerting for model performance.
• Scale backtesting and time-series validation across assets.
• Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality.
• Collaborate with founders and engineers to ship reliable ML features.
