Qplox engineering invites an R&D engineer to advance metrology and e-beam inspection for advanced patterning and in-resist investigations in a high-tech cleanroom.

You will operate e-beam inspection/metrology systems, develop BKMs for SEM image analysis, and act as the technical metrology liaison among customers, integration and process teams. Documentation is organized in SharePoint.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Applied Sciences, Materials Engineering or related field.
• 2–3+ years of experience in metrology, preferably in a high-tech cleanroom.
• Hands-on experience with CD-SEM/e-beam systems is a plus.
• Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn.
• Flexible and resilient in a changing R&D environment.

Responsabilités

• Operate e-beam inspection/metrology systems for recipe development, data collection and analysis.
• Act as the technical metrology point of contact between customers, integration and process teams.
• Develop and maintain Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for offline SEM image analysis.
• Organize project documentation and maintain a central SharePoint.
• Present results and project progress in technical review meetings.
