ENGIBEX in Belgium seeks a skilled metrology specialist to operate E-beam inspection and metrology systems in a cleanroom environment. You will support recipes creation, data collection and analysis for the 3D Hybrid bonding program and in-resist scumming investigations.

As the technical metrology contact, you will collaborate with customers, integration and process teams, and maintain documentation on SharePoint.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Applied Sciences, Material Engineering or Electronics.
• Hands-on metrology experience in a high-tech cleanroom.
• Experience with CD-SEM / E-beam tools is a plus.
• Proactive, flexible and fast learner; good communication in English.

Job Description

Operate directly E-beam inspection and metrology systems in the cleanroom to provide support in recipes creation, data collection and data analysis for the 3D Hybrid bonding program and In-resist scumming investigations, as a start.

Be the technical metrology and inspection point of contact between customers, integration and process teams, for the projects involved.

Be responsible for organizing and maintaining documentation in a central SharePoint

Deliver new Best-Known Methods (BKMs) for offline data analysis of SEM acquired images and own the up-to-date maintenance of existing ones.

Report results and project progress in review meetings

Profile / Requirements

M.Sc. Degree in Applied Sciences, Material Engineering or Electronics with at least 2-3 years of experience

Hands-on experience in metrology within a high-tech cleanroom environment.

Experience with CD-SEM/e-beam tools will be consider as a plus.

Proactive, positive, and hands-on, with a strong willingness to learn.

Demonstrate flexibility and resilience when facing change or ambiguity.

Excellent communication skills in English.
