Itproposal is seeking a Medior .NET Backend Developer to build, maintain and enhance core business applications in an Agile/Scrum environment in Brussels. You will collaborate with analysts, architects and fellow developers to deliver reliable, maintainable solutions.

You will develop backend services and REST/WebAPI using .NET Framework and .NET 8+, work with ASP.NET WebForms/MVC, and design and optimize SQL Server and Oracle databases. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Medior .NET Backend Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a Medior .NET Backend Developer to develop, maintain and improve core business applications in an Agile/Scrum environment. You will work closely with analysts, architects and other developers to deliver reliable and maintainable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop backend services and REST/WebAPI using .NET Framework and .NET 8+.
• Develop and maintain applications using ASP.NET WebForms/MVC.

Requirements

• Strong experience with .NET / .NET Core / .NET 8+.
• Expert knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including complex queries and optimization.
• Experience with ASP.NET, ASP.NET MVC and RESTful APIs.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server and Oracle.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.
• Good knowledge of SOLID, OOP and design patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Ability to understand UML and BPMN models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Autonomous, proactive and quality-oriented.
• Fluent/native-level French is mandatory.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WCF, SOAP/Web Services and W3C standards.
• Practical knowledge of Redgate tools.
• Knowledge of TFVC.

Assignment

• Location: Brussels
• Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week
