Job summary

Randstad Belgium's Life Sciences team seeks a Medior Analyst in Dissolution Sciences for a major Beerse-based pharma client. You will execute dissolution and in vitro release studies that support clinical batches, stability work, and product development, ensuring top quality and compliance.

You will help develop, qualify and transfer analytical methods, manage equipment testing and qualification, coach new colleagues, and work within GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in (Bio)chemistry, (Bio)medical lab technology, pharmaceutical lab tech, or equivalent by experience.
• About 2 years of relevant lab experience.
• Knowledge of chromatographic techniques (HPLC/UPLC) and dissolutions.
• Strong Dutch and English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Conduct dissolution and in vitro release experiments to support clinical batches and product development.
• Contribute to development, qualification, validation and transfer of analytical methods.
• Perform equipment performance tests and assist with qualification of new instruments and change control.
• Scientifically evaluate and interpret results from experiments.
