Job summary

In4Matic is seeking a medior software developer to strengthen its backend capabilities. You will design, build, and maintain APIs and services in a cloud environment, with a focus on Azure and secure practices.

Collaboration with a solution architect and stakeholders is key to delivering robust features. Requirements include 2–5 years of experience, proficiency in Python or Java, and solid DevOps knowledge (Git, CI/CD, secret management).

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of professional software development experience.
• Proficient in Python or Java with ability to work independently.
• Practical experience with a public cloud, preferably Azure.
• Solid understanding of Git, CI/CD, environment promotion, and secret management.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend features including APIs, services, and data access.
• Work in Azure cloud, manage configuration, logging, identity, storage, and basic troubleshooting.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, code reviews, and automated tests.
• Follow security and delivery best practices, avoid exposing secrets and manage environments.
• Write clear, reviewed code and document deliveries.
• Collaborate with solution architect/lead developer to estimate work and flag risks.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and pair programming when needed.
