LGA Engineering is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to service high-end injection molding equipment in its Antwerp area facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspect mechanical wear, and ensure machine reliability across production lines.

You will also troubleshoot unexpected mechanical faults, inspect hydraulic components for leaks, and document interventions in the digital logbook to keep the next shift informed about machine status.

Responsabilités

• Carry out in-depth preventive maintenance on advanced injection molding machines to proactively prevent technical stoppages.
• Detect mechanical wear early and replace components before product quality is affected.
• In case of unexpected, complex mechanical failures, perform a prompt fault analysis to ensure line continuity.
• Carefully inspect hydraulic components and promptly identify any leaks or deviations in the system.
• Record all interventions clearly in the digital logbook so colleagues know the machine status for the next shift.

• Je voert diepgaand preventief onderhoud uit aan de geavanceerde spuitgietmachines om technische stilstanden proactief te voorkomen.
• Mechanische slijtage spoor je tijdig op, waarbij je onderdelen vervangt voordat de productiekwaliteit in het gedrang komt.
• Bij onverwachte, complexe mechanische storingen voer je snel een scherpe foutanalyse uit, zodat de continuïteit van de lijnen gewaarborgd blijft.
• Je inspecteert nauwkeurig de hydraulische componenten en detecteert direct eventuele lekken of afwijkingen in het systeem.
• Alle uitgevoerde interventies registreer je helder in het digitale logboek, waardoor je collega's in de volgende ploeg exact weten wat de machinestatus is.
