Magnax Motors seeks a Mechanical and Thermal Simulations Engineer to lead structural and mechanical simulation of our axial flux motors and their components. You will support thermal modeling for motors and inverters, and develop analytical models to guide design decisions.

You will design tests and prototypes to validate analyses, correlate results with experimental data, and perform root cause analyses to drive design improvements.

Responsabilités

• Strengthen the Simulation Team by improving our structural and mechanical simulation capabilities.
• Perform structural FEA simulations to evaluate strength, stiffness, fatigue, vibration, and thermal-mechanical behavior of motor components.
• Support the development and validation of thermal simulation models for axial flux motors and power electronics.
• Develop analytical models to complement simulation results and support design decisions.
• Design tests and prototypes required to validate analyses, and correlate simulation results with experimental data.
• Perform root cause analyzes of product and process issues and provide simulation driven recommendations for design improvements.

Mechanical and Thermal Simulations Engineer to join our rapidly growing team. You will be responsible for the structural and mechanical simulation of our axial flux motors and their components, while supporting the development and validation of thermal models for our motors and inverters.
