AGO Jobs & HR Gent is seeking a skilled technician to operate and maintain industrial molds in a Belgian plastics environment. You will assemble and disassemble molds, inspect and service tooling, and address deviations or defects with on-the-spot repairs when possible.

You will continuously monitor production lines, ensure machines are well-tuned, optimize product yield, and keep production staff satisfied.

Responsabilités

• assembly and disassembly of molds for injection molding machines
• inspection and maintenance of these molds to ensure optimal operation
• immediate action and minor repairs on deviations or defects where possible
• continuous monitoring of production lines and ensuring well-tuned machines to optimize product yield and keep production staff satisfied

Description du poste

Wat zijn jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

• Je takenpakket bestaat hoofdzakelijk uit de montage en demontage van matrijzen van de spuitgietmachines
• Om bij elke montage een optimale werking van de matrijzen te kunnen garanderen, zorg je voor nazicht en onderhoud van deze matrijzen
• Bij afwijkingen of defecten onderneem je onmiddellijk actie en kleine herstellingen voer je zelf uit waar mogelijk
• Je bewaakt continu de productielijnen en zorgt voor goed afgeregelde machines om zo het productierendement te optimaliseren en de medewerkers in de productie tevreden te stellen
