Manpower Belgium stelt een Master Data Officer voor om het artikelbeheer binnen de aankoopafdeling te verbeteren. Je bewaakt en actualiseert het volledige artikelbestand in het ERP-systeem, en zorgt voor consistente data en procesoptimalisatie over de hele organisatie.

Je verwerkt nieuwe artikelcreaties, stemt af met Business, Logistiek en BPM, en optimaliseert de data-uitwisseling tussen ERP en WMS. Ook prijzen en leveranciersinformatie worden tijdig bijgewerkt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor- or equivalent experience in data or article management.
• Accurate, structured and strong in data processing.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic data communication knowledge (WMS, OCI) is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage and update the full article file in the ERP system.
• Ensure all article data and structure remain uniform and correct.
• Process requests for new article creations quickly and accurately.
• Coordinate with Business, Logistics and BPM to align article management with operational needs.
• Improve data communication between ERP and WMS to ensure timely data flow.
• Update prices and supplier information when changes occur.
• Manage automatic article creations via OCI integrations with suppliers.
• Identify data issues and propose targeted process optimizations.
