Mars Belgium is seeking a high-potential Associate to accelerate a career in sales or marketing. You’ll represent iconic brands in grocery channels, build strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. From day one, you’ll be mentored by a Field Manager and supported by a dedicated career sponsor.

With a Master’s degree and fluency in Dutch, French, and English, you are ready to learn fast, think analytically, and bring an entrepreneurial spark to Mars.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Willingness to grow quickly into sales or marketing management.
• Fast learner with analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Fluent in Dutch, French and English.
• Entrepreneurial spark and people skills.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium and build real relationships with clients.
• Grow sales and ensure our brands shine in-store.
• Receive coaching from a Field Manager from day one and guidance from a career sponsor.
