Mars Belgium is seeking a Sales Representative to be the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium. You’ll build real relationships with clients and drive sales while our brands shine.

From Day 1 you’ll be mentored by a Field Manager, supported by a dedicated career sponsor, and enrolled in Mars University for onboarding and global training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required.
• Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
• Ambition to grow into sales or marketing management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with people skills and creativity.

Responsabilités

• Be the face of Mars in grocery stores across Belgium and build real client relationships.
• Grow sales and ensure brands shine in-store.
• Receive coaching from a Field Manager and support from a dedicated career sponsor.
• Participate in Mars onboarding and development programs to accelerate learning.
• Contribute to category growth and local market insights.
