Belysse in Waregem seeks a Marketing Project Manager to coordinate and execute marketing projects for Modulyss and ITC brands. You translate the marketing strategy into concrete projects, ensure the right people are involved, and monitor progress, timelines and delivery.

You will work with Product Management, Sales and marketing specialists to align assets with the brand and commercial messaging. A minimum of 5 years in coordinating marketing projects is required; the role offers a flexible

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a coordinating project management role, preferably within marketing, product marketing, communications or a similar environment.
• Experience independently managing projects from briefing to delivery.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

We are a team of experts with a strong heritage in soft flooring. We create, develop and manufacture sustainable flooring solutions for premium commercial and residential applications.

We have three leading brands: ITC, Modulyss and Bentley. Our 1,000 colleagues are based at our headquarters in Waregem or at one of our production sites in Tielt, Zele or Los Angeles.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing marketing projects for our Modulyss and ITC brands. You translate the marketing strategy and priorities into concrete projects, ensure the right people are involved, and monitor progress, timelines, quality and delivery. You will work closely with Product Management, Sales and various specialists within the marketing team, such as graphic design, content, digital marketing and marketing support, complemented by external partners and agencies.

Your responsibilities

Coordinating marketing projects from briefing to delivery

• You translate marketing priorities into concrete project plans, timelines and deliverables;
• You bring the right internal and external stakeholders together;
• You create clear briefs and ensure that roles, expectations and deadlines are clearly defined;
• You monitor progress and make adjustments when timing, quality or scope are at risk;
• You ensure that projects are delivered in full and to a high standard;
• You keep the Head of Marketing informed about progress, challenges and key decisions;
• You organise the execution and collaborate with the various experts within the marketing team.
• You align with Product Management on positioning, USPs, storytelling and commercial messaging;
• Together with the marketing team, you determine which marketing assets are needed for a successful launch and ensure their development;
• You ensure that all communications and materials are aligned with the brand identity;
• You ensure that Sales and external commercial partners have access to the right materials on time.

Brand marketing, campaigns and events

You coordinate brand marketing projects aimed at strengthening our brand awareness and reaching different professional target audiences.

This may include:

• Trade shows and events
• Brand activations
• Online and offline campaigns
• Projects with external agencies and marketing partners
• You enjoy working in a structured way in a dynamic environment;
• You take ownership, maintain an overview and know how to get people moving;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a coordinating project management role, preferably within marketing, product marketing, communications or a similar environment;
• Experience independently managing projects from briefing to delivery;
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously;
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across different teams and disciplines;
• A strong affinity with marketing, enabling you to translate commercial objectives into clear marketing projects and briefs;
• A proactive approach and the maturity to identify potential issues in a timely manner and address them openly.
