Procter & Gamble in Brussels Innovation Center seeks a Market Strategy & Planning Senior Manager to lead go-to-market strategies, unlock growth opportunities, and translate market insights into winning commercial plans across Sales, Brand, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.

You will become the expert on customer channels and shopper dynamics, collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive market share growth and business results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field is required.
• Proven experience in Market Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Strong understanding of customer channels including retail, pharmacy, wholesale, and e‑commerce.

We’re looking for a passionate Market Strategy & Planning Senior Manager to lead go‑to‑market strategies, unlock category growth opportunities, and turn market insights into winning commercial plans. In this role, you’ll become the expert on customer channels and shopper dynamics, partnering across Sales, Brand, Supply Chain, Finance, and Regulatory teams to drive market share growth and business results. The Category/Sector/Channel MS&P role is a key contributor to the execution of business strategies. This role is responsible for enabling Sales teams to deliver NOS, share, and productivity targets. This includes providing insights into market trends, identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring the effective implementation of marketing strategies.

Job Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Market Strategy & Planning, Trade Marketing, Category Management, Sales, or Key Account Management.
• Experience within the Consumer Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, OTC, Medical Devices, Vitamins & Supplements, or Active Cosmetics industry.
• Strong understanding of customer channels, including retail, pharmacy, wholesale, and e‑commerce environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate market insights into commercial growth strategies and go‑to‑market plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market, customer, and category data to drive business decisions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross‑functional teams and external partners.
• A proactive and forward‑thinking mindset, able to identify growth opportunities and turn them into actionable business plans.
• Proven ability to work effectively across multiple functions, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Strong ownership, leadership, and execution skills in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
• Fluent English is required; proficiency in Dutch or French is essential, with bilingual Dutch/French capabilities considered a strong advantage.
