Batia Mosa in Andenne, Belgium, is expanding its internal clean-tech venture to develop modular, high-performance battery systems for hybrid and electric vessels. We seek an Operations & Business Lead to steer daily management, drive commercial development, and coordinate between engineering, executive management, and clients.

You will manage multi-year funded programs, oversee budgets and reporting, and work closely with shipyard teams to transition prototypes to serial production, accelerating

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Engineering or Business-related field.
• Strong interest in renewable energy, battery tech, electrification or maritime/industrial sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on, proactive approach.
• Excellent negotiation and networking abilities; able to present to shipowners and funding bodies.
• Fluent French and English; Dutch a plus.

Responsabilités

• Drive daily operations, oversee schedules, streamline logistics and ensure team efficiency.
• Identify new business opportunities; build relationships with shipowners, operators and partners.
• Manage multi-year funded programs; track milestones, budgets, and reporting.
