Ball Corporation in Genk is seeking a Project Manager to lead capital and expense projects within our Supply Chain & Operations group. You will drive planning, budgeting, and execution while coordinating engineering, manufacturing, contractors, and customers to deliver value safely and on schedule.

Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field and 4+ years of project management experience in manufacturing or construction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing project scope, schedules, budgets, forecasting, and risk mitigation.

Responsabilités

• Lead capital and expense projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure safety standards and regulations are followed by all personnel involved.
• Direct planning, coordination, execution, and implementation activities for assigned projects.
• Coordinate feasibility studies and pre-AFE planning with information from customers, manufacturing, engineering, and other functions.
• Prepare AFE documentation with detailed scopes of work and cost estimates.
