Responsabilités

• Provide administrative support across plant functions including HR, Finance, Production, Quality, Engineering, and EHS.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and databases in compliance with company standards and policies.
• Support time and attendance systems and assist with HR-related administrative processes.
• Coordinate meetings, trainings and plant-wide events including employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communication materials for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Manage internal plant communications including noticeboards, newsletters, and required postings.
• Support plant leadership with scheduling, correspondence, and coordination tasks.
• Handle employee queries and direct them to appropriate stakeholders.
• Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant with record retention and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with safety documentation, training coordination, and compliance activities.
• Track and update data across various plant systems including HR, safety, and production metrics.
• Identify and implement improvements to administrative processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to support day-to-day plant operations.
