Etex is seeking an IT Product Manager for Manufacturing to lead the strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle of digital manufacturing products such as MES, SAP S/4HANA integrations, and AI-driven analytics. You will collaborate with business, engineering, operations, cybersecurity, and partners to deliver measurable value while maintaining security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Several years of IT product management or IT project management experience.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and maintenance.
• Experience in industrial environments with OT-heavy settings.
• Knowledge of IT governance and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or ECC modules PM/PP/QM.
• SDLC and release management knowledge.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to scale proofs of concept into production in large manufacturing contexts.
• Ability to lead, manage, and coach cross-functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Drive product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and backlog priorities.
• Champion AI to foster data culture and efficiency in IT and OT.
• Ensure alignment with strategy, sustainability and regulatory needs.
• Own one or more manufacturing product areas (production, maintenance, energy, EH&S, IT/OT).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for on-time delivery.
• Oversee deployment, change management, and user adoption.
• Ensure high availability and performance of manufacturing products.
• Monitor security patching and lifecycle management.
• Act as primary contact for manufacturing products at central and local levels.
• Facilitate workshops and capture requirements from stakeholders.
• Communicate updates and performance metrics to leaders and users.
• Maintain documentation and risk/change records.
