MpowerT is seeking an HR Business Partner to join its production site in the Limburg region. The role blends hands-on business partnering with organisational development, reporting into the HR Director Belgium and collaborating with colleagues across sites.

The ideal candidate has HRBP or senior HR generalist experience in an industrial environment, with a strong focus on talent and performance management, plus fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience as HRBP/HR Manager or Senior HR Generalist.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial or operational environment.
• Expertise in Talent, Performance, Recruitment and Employee Relations.
• Experience with social partners and labour relations.
• Strong business acumen, data/KPIs and business cases.
• Credibility to challenge and support leaders at different levels.
• Proactive mindset and anticipation of future organisational needs.
• Desire to grow professionally and take broader responsibilities over time.
• Excellent communication in Dutch and English.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers on a broad range of people-related topics.
• Strengthen leadership capabilities and empower managers as people leaders.
• Translate HR insights and data into concrete actions and improvements.
• Contribute to harmonisation of HR processes across sites.
• Support organisational change and transformation in manufacturing.
• Foster constructive employee relations and stable social climate.
• Drive performance management, talent development and engagement initiatives.
• Participate in national HR projects translating local needs to wider HR solutions.
