MpowerT is recruiting a Business Controller for a key production site in the Limburg region. The role sits at the crossroads of finance and operations, turning data into actionable insights to drive performance, efficiency, and sustainable growth.

You will collaborate closely with plant management, supply chain, and finance stakeholders, lead budgets and forecasts, challenge business cases, and contribute to digitalizing finance processes to support strategic initiatives.

Formación

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Engineering, or related field.
Several years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or similar finance role.
Strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, hands-on mindset.
Manufacturing/industrial/operations environment experience.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication in Dutch and English.

Responsabilidades

Partner with plant management and operations to support decision-making with financial insights.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and scenario analyses.
Monitor performance, risks, and opportunities and translate into actions.
Analyze profitability, cost structures, and KPIs; drive efficiency improvements.
Coordinate monthly close and ensure accurate management reporting; drive BI/data quality improvements.
