Expleo Group is looking for an experienced engineer in Brussels to define production processes and lead installations. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and a strong background in Lean Manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical/electro-mechanical/electronics/manufacturing engineering.
• A first background in industry (manufacturing/assembling) is a plus.
• Fluency in English and knowledge of a local language (FR OR NL) is a must.

Responsabilités

• Define the production process flow for internal and external operations.
• Lead the equipment installation until quality, cost, and delay levels are met.
• Implement best practices of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
