PwC Belgium is seeking a Manager in Financial Services Management Consulting to shape and deliver strategic transformations for banks, insurers and other institutions. You will lead engagements, translate strategy into practical changes and work with senior stakeholders across functions.

You will build and develop consulting teams, manage client relationships and contribute to proposals, helping grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Around five years or more of relevant experience in management consulting, strategy or transformation.
• Experience in banking, insurance or Financial Services is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and professional proficiency in Dutch or French is required.

• Lead strategy and transformation engagements, structure client challenges, and develop practical recommendations.
• Advise financial services clients on strategic and business transformation and work with senior stakeholders.

Depending on our clients' needs and your strengths, you may work on topics ranging from growth and customer strategy, operating models and process transformation to digital and AI-enabled business change, payments, lending, investments and large-scale transformation programmes.What matters most to us is how you think, how you work with people and your ability to turn complex Financial Services challenges into tangible results.What you'll doAs a Manager , you will combine client delivery, team leadership and business development. You will:Lead strategy and transformation engagements , from structuring complex client challenges and defining the approach to developing practical recommendations and supporting implementation.Advise banks, insurers and other financial institutions on strategic and business transformation , helping them respond to changing customer expectations, market developments and new technologies.Translate strategy into tangible change , across areas such as operating models, customer propositions and journeys, business processes, digital and AI-enabled transformation, and large-scale transformation programmes.Work directly with senior Financial Services stakeholders , bringing structure to complex discussions, challenging constructively and helping clients make informed decisions and move forward.Lead and develop consulting teams , setting direction, allocating work effectively, coaching colleagues and taking responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of the team's work.Build trusted client relationships , understand clients' strategic and operational priorities and identify opportunities where PwC can create additional value.Contribute to proposals , pitches and new offerings, helping us strengthen and grow our Financial Services Management Consulting practice.Bring the best of PwC to our clients , working with colleagues across strategy, operations, technology, data, risk and regulatory capabilities and drawing on our Belgian and international network.What we will expect from yo uWe are looking for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with a practical approach, enjoys taking responsibility and works well with others.
