• Has a proven track record in team management and the coordination of activities on a significant scale.
• Has a strong ability to set priorities and manage unexpected situations effectively.
• Is strongly results-oriented and focused on finding appropriate solutions.

• Supervise and organize the activities of account managers to ensure that deadlines are met.
• Monitor the progress of cases and take proactive action in the event of delays or excessive workloads.
• Allocate tasks judiciously and anticipate your team’s operational needs.
• Guide, support, and motivate team members in their personal organization and performance.
• Ensure the quality of work performed and verify compliance with established standards.
• Identify procedural obstacles and propose practical solutions to overcome them.
• Manage unforeseen situations, resolve operational issues, and ensure business continuity.
• Serve as a liaison between partners and teams to ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Contribute to the organization, structuring, and development of the firm, thereby allowing partners to focus more on their strategic roles.
