CTRL-F NV in België zoekt een Building & Utilities Lead die verantwoordelijk is voor het operationeel opzetten en onderhouden van alle gebouw- en installatie-activiteiten op site, met focus op veiligheid, compliance en betrouwbaarheid.

U leidt een team van Building & Utilities en Facilities, stuurt projecten en bewaakt planning, budget en leveranciers, en levert input bij nieuwe installaties en proceswijzigingen.

Qualifications

• Minimaal Bachelor diploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
• Ruime ervaring in Building & Utilities, Facility of technische omgeving (bij voorkeur productie/GMP-context).
• Projectmanagement ervaring is een vereiste.
• Ervaring met leidinggeven is een vereiste.
• Kennis van change control, CAPA’s en technische compliance is een pluspunt.
• Zeer goede kennis van Nederlands, Engels is een pluspunt.

Responsabilités

• Leidinggeven en ontwikkelen van Building & Utilities en Facilities team.
• Verantwoordelijk voor gebouwen, utilities, air conditioning, building security en alarm en BMS.
• Zorgen voor continuïteit, betrouwbaarheid en naleving van installaties.
• Beheren van Building & Utilities projecten (scope, tijd, kwaliteit en budget).
• Leveranciers en aannemers selecteren, beheren en evalueren.
• Technische input leveren voor nieuwe installaties en proceswijzigingen.
• Goedkeuren en bewaken onderhouds-, test- en inspectieplannen.
• Signaleren en oplossen van storingen en defecten.
• Toezicht op facilitaire activiteiten zoals schoonmaak, ongediertebestrijding, bedrijfskleding en site maintenance.
• Zorgen voor orde, netheid en de algehele toestand van de site.
• Ondersteunen change controls, CAPAs en continue verbetering.
• Toezicht op contracten, offertes en facturering volgens guidelines.
• Bevorderen samenwerking tussen de Building & Utilities, Facility, Project en Operations.

Overview

The Building & Utilities Lead is responsible for the tactical and operational set-up and maintenance of all building, utilities and facility operations on site, with the aim of ensuring a safe, compliant, reliable and future-proof infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the Building & Utilities and Facilities team
• Responsible for buildings, utilities, air conditioning, building security, and alarm and building management systems
• Responsible for a clear division of tasks, prioritisation and resource planning
• Ensuring the continuity, reliability and compliance of installations
• Managing Building & Utilities projects (monitoring scope, time, quality and budget)
• Actively contributing to investment proposals
• Selecting, managing and evaluating suppliers and contractors
• Providing technical input for new installations and process changes
• Approving and monitoring maintenance, testing and inspection plans
• Monitoring faults, defect management and corrective actions
• Oversight and coordination of facility activities such as cleaning, pest control, workwear and site maintenance
• Ensuring order, tidiness and the general condition of the site
• Supporting change controls, CAPAs and continuous improvement
• Monitoring contracts, quotations and invoicing in accordance with applicable guidelines
• Promoting collaboration between the Building & Utilities, Facility, Project and Operations departments
