BDO Belgium is seeking a Manager to lead significant audit projects and build trusted client relationships across industries. You will mentor junior colleagues, drive high-quality financial reporting, and stay ahead of standards through training.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering is required or strongly asset.
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience with client management.
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages valued.

• Deliver peace of mind – Manage the preparation and discussion of opinions letters and financial statements. Your work ensures accurate financial reporting.
• Mentor and develop – Lead audit teams and junior colleagues, sharing your technical expertise while building the leadership skills that define the next step in your career.
• Stay ahead of the curve – Get training through BDO Academy and external programs to stay sharp on audit standards, new techniques and regulatory developments.

Your Foundation

• Master's degree in Economics or Business Engineering, with additional financial-economic qualifications being a strong asset
• Minimum 6 years of professional auditing experience where you've demonstrated your technical capabilities and client management skills
• Fluency in Dutch or French, and English; additional languages are valued and can open doors to our diverse client portfolio
