We are seeking aMalware Analysis Engineerwith hands-on experience using IDA Pro to dissect malware, build custom plugins, and push the boundaries of reverse engineering.

Location: Liège, Belgium (on-site with a few days of homeworking)

• Developplugins, scripts, or additional functionalityto extend IDA’s capabilities and improve workflows.
• Identify real-worldpain pointsin malware analysis and propose solutions to overcome them.
• Contribute technical insights and feedback to our product team to help guide IDA’s evolution.
• Share knowledge by writing technical content, presenting ideas internally, and engaging with the reverse engineering community.
• Collaborate with peers in open, constructive discussions, debating solutions, challenging assumptions, and driving innovation.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience inmalware analysis and reverse engineering.
• Hands-on expertise withIDA Pro, ideally having built or customized plugins/scripts.
• Solid programming skills inC/C++ and Python.
• Strong understanding of reverse engineering workflows and their pain points.
• Analytical mindset: able to identify problems, think creatively, and design practical solutions.
• Proactive, curious, and comfortable contributing ideas in technical discussions.
• Familiarity with other decompilers or reverse engineering frameworks.
• Experience analyzing advanced malware (obfuscation, packing, anti-debugging techniques).
• Contributions to the reverse engineering or security community (blog posts, plugins, CTF writeups, open-source projects).
• Experience presenting at security conferences or workshops.
