REAZN is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the Kruisem plant's maintenance department, overseeing planning, execution, and continuous improvement of preventive and corrective maintenance across production equipment and facilities.

You will coach a 15-person team, drive performance with KPIs, and collaborate with OT, Project, and Production teams to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operation while aligning with company goals for growth and sustainability.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a heavy industrial/metallurgical environment.
• Experience in continuous operation or multi-shift manufacturing.
• Strong ability to build relationships with shop-floor teams and management.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders including production, QHSE and logistics.
• Hands-on maintenance with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems; RCA/8D/PDCA experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage the maintenance department workforce (planning, organisation, etc.).
• Drive competency development and coordinate with HR to implement training.
• Lead management meetings and collaborate with Production on maintenance planning.
• Plan preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment and buildings.
• Coordinate with OT and Project Departments for alignment of maintenance and capital projects.
• Define, monitor and report maintenance KPIs; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve installations using RCA/8D/PDCA and contribute to new designs.
• Schedule external contractor interventions; update technical documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory and oversee resources including budgets.
