OXIDA in Sint-Pieters, Belgium, seeks a maintenance planner to support preventive and corrective maintenance. You will prepare technical and administrative work, ensure permits and safety compliance, and schedule daily technician activities.

You will coordinate field interventions, monitor execution, and ensure proper safety procedures and equipment use. You will also assist in small projects and translate data into actionable plans, collaborating with colleagues across teams.

Responsabilités

• Prepare preventive and corrective maintenance works, technically and administratively.
• Ensure work permits, safety regulations, inspections, and other necessary documents are available on time.
• Plan daily activities of technicians in collaboration with the team lead.
• Coordinate on-site interventions and monitor execution closely.
• Oversee correct application of safety procedures and technical guidelines.
• Ensure vehicles, tools, special equipment and spare parts are available and in order.
• Manage stock of components and materials; place orders when needed.
• Inspect incoming goods and coordinate with admin for proper processing.
• Think along with colleagues to propose solutions for technical issues.
• Support preparation of smaller technical projects and modifications to installations.
• Translate technical and operational information into clear action/work plans.
• Regularly align with technicians, team leads, work planners and other stakeholders.

• Je bereidt preventieve en correctieve onderhoudswerken technisch en administratief voor.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat werkvergunningen, veiligheidsvoorschriften, inspecties en andere noodzakelijke documenten tijdig beschikbaar zijn.
• Je plant samen met de teamverantwoordelijke de dagelijkse werkzaamheden van de techniekers.
• Je coördineert interventies op het terrein en volgt de uitvoering nauwgezet op.
• Je waakt over de correcte toepassing van veiligheidsprocedures en technische richtlijnen.
• Je zorgt ervoor dat voertuigen, gereedschappen, speciale apparatuur en reserveonderdelen beschikbaar en technisch in orde zijn.
• Je beheert de voorraad van onderdelen en materialen en plaatst tijdig bestellingen wanneer nodig.
• Je controleert binnenkomende goederen en zorgt samen met de administratieve dienst voor een correcte verwerking.
• Je denkt actief mee bij technische storingen en helpt samen met collega's geschikte oplossingen uitwerken.
• Je ondersteunt de voorbereiding van kleinere technische projecten en aanpassingen aan installaties.
• Je verwerkt technische en operationele informatie snel en vertaalt deze naar een duidelijk actie- of werkplan.
• Je stemt regelmatig af met techniekers, teamverantwoordelijken, werkvoorbereiders en andere interne betrokkenen.
