Infinity Jobs in Belgium seeks a Production Operator to maintain a stable, efficient and safe production line in a modern food production environment. You will start up, operate and adjust machines, monitor processes, intervene as needed, and troubleshoot minor issues.

You will work in shifts from early starts (3:00 AM) or a fixed afternoon shift, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, hygiene and quality. A forklift certificate is a plus, but not required, and fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as a production or machine operator.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the process.
• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Basic technical insight and enjoyment of working with machines.
• Fluent English; Dutch not required; other languages useful.

• You are willing to work in shifts, including early starts (from 3:00 AM) or a fixed afternoon shift.
