Devoteam seeks a Senior M365 Architect to lead enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solution architecture across Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Purview governance, and Copilot. You will own governance, presales, and hands-on implementation, mentoring teams and driving secure, scalable deployments.

The role covers architecture design, ALM standards, and client-facing workshops, with a focus on integrating with Azure services and delivering value across a diverse portfolio in a fast-growing practice.

Qualifications

• 5+ years designing and leading solution architectures across Microsoft 365 for enterprise clients.
• Presales experience and client-facing solution architecture, including workshop facilitation.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID identity architecture and Microsoft Purview data governance.
• Broad knowledge of the M365 stack and integration with Power Platform and Azure.
• Deep hands-on expertise in enterprise information architectures within Microsoft 365, esp. SharePoint Online.

Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior M365 Architect to join our Cloud, Data & AI practice. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor and lead architect to enterprise clients across the full Microsoft 365 landscape, spanning Teams, SharePoint, identity, security, Power Platform, and Copilot, owning solution architecture, governance, and presales, while mentoring developers and solution builders and leading implementation yourself on complex engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead executive discovery sessions and workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into a target M365 architecture.
• Design enterprise level solution architectures across Microsoft 365, including Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio, aligned with client business goals.
• Define identity architecture using Microsoft Entra ID and apply Microsoft Purview data governance principles across M365 workloads.
• Define governance and Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) standards for Power Platform and broader M365 solutions, including environment strategy and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies.
• Design Copilot adoption architecture and governance frameworks, and support clients in scaling Copilot usage safely across M365.
• Advise clients on M365 tenant architecture, service adoption, and integration with Azure services.
• Mentor developers and solution builders, review architecture and design decisions, and contribute to reusable technical baselines.
• Support pre-sales activities, including technical scoping, solution estimation, and Statement of Work (SOW) creation.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• 5+ years of experience designing and leading solution architectures across Microsoft 365 for enterprise clients.
• Demonstrated experience in presales and client facing solution architecture, including workshop facilitation.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Entra ID identity architecture and Microsoft Purview data governance principles as they apply across M365.
• Broad knowledge of the M365 stack (Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online) and how it integrates with Power Platform and Azure.
• Deep, hands-on technical expertise in designing enterprise-grade information architectures across Microsoft 365, with particular depth in SharePoint Online.
• Experience defining ALM and governance standards for enterprise M365 and Power Platform environments.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to translate business needs into technical designs for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic solutions with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio, combined with the ability to develop and deliver effective technical and end-user training.
• Fluent in English and either French or Dutch, or both.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals (PL-900)
• Microsoft Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200) or Microsoft Certified: Intelligent Applications Builder Associate (AB-410)
