CXG is seeking a luxury brand evaluator to discreetly assess customer experiences and provide feedback that helps premium brands refine services. You may visit stores or evaluate online from home, with each in-store visit taking about 20 minutes and multiple missions possible per month.

Join a network of brands worldwide and use the CXG Live platform to manage missions and feedback, with reimbursements for approved purchases when stated in the mission brief.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (21+ in the United States).
• Current customer of premium and luxury brands.
• Not currently under contract with any retail brands, to ensure impartiality.
• Punctual, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Observant and passionate about customer experience.
• No prior experience is required; we value honest feedback from genuine customers.

Responsibilities

• Choose your assignments - align your missions with your personal preferences and profile.
• Visit luxury stores or evaluate online - engage with sales associates in the stores or online from the home.
• Observe carefully - check the ambiance, service quality, and overall customer experience.
• Provide honest feedback - share observations through questionnaires.
