Parfums Christian Dior is seeking a dynamic Beauty Consultant to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive sales in a luxury counter environment. You will engage clients in-store and remotely, demonstrate Dior products with passion, and maintain counter appearance to Dior standards.

The role emphasizes product storytelling, CRM-based clienteling, and collaboration with Retail teams to promote Dior’s brand image and achieve KPIs.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and customer service experience in luxury or beauty
• Excellent product knowledge and ability to tell a compelling brand story
• Ability to build relationships and drive loyalty with clients

Responsabilités

• Sell Dior products in-store and via remote activations as a personal shopper
• Apply the Dior D.I.O.R. selling ceremony across the client journey
• Greet clients, identify needs, demonstrate products, and cross-sell
• Maintain counter merchandising, stock levels, and visual standards
• Capture client data in CRM and drive loyalty through personalized service
