A leading global advisory firm is seeking a Real Estate Valuation Intern in Luxembourg. This internship offers hands-on experience in valuation, appraisal methods, and property risk management. Responsibilities include assisting in appraisal management for major clients, analyzing valuation models, and supporting market research. Ideal for candidates in their final year at a university with strong financial modelling skills, fluency in English, and attention to detail. Qualifications

• Fluency in English with French and/or German is required.
• Currently in 4th or final year of a degree in economics or finance.
• Strong financial modelling skills for ARGUS and MS-Excel.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the appraisal management process for major clients.
• Analyse and review ARGUS and MS-Excel valuation models.
• Gather quarterly market research.
