Coretecs seeks a Low Code MES Engineer to design and evolve MES solutions that support Industry 4.0 transformations. You will translate manufacturing and business requirements into digital workflows using low-code platforms, bridging shop floor activities with business operations.

As a Low Code MES Engineer at Coretecs, you will play a key role in helping manufacturers design, implement, and evolve Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) that drive their Industry 4.0 transformation. You will use low-code platforms to build smart, connected applications that bridge the gap between the shop floor and business operations.

Your work will focus on translating manufacturing and business requirements into digital workflows and integrated MES solutions. You’ll collaborate with production, automation, and IT teams to digitize processes such as production tracking, quality management, maintenance, and performance analysis. With your understanding of how MES supports broader business goals, from efficiency and traceability to compliance and continuous improvement, you ensure that every solution delivers tangible value.

Operating at the intersection of IT and OT, you combine a technical mindset with a process-oriented perspective. You understand how to connect machines, systems, and people through robust architectures that ensure reliability and uptime in industrial environments. By doing so, you empower factories to make data-driven decisions, increase operational visibility, and accelerate their journey toward smart manufacturing.

You are passionate about transforming manufacturing operations through smart, data-driven solutions. You understand how Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) sit at the heart of modern factories, connecting people, machines, and processes to improve performance, traceability, and quality.

You enjoy working where IT meets OT, designing and building applications that make production environments more efficient, connected, and transparent. You’re eager to leverage low-code platforms like Mendix, Tulip, or Microsoft Power Platform to accelerate solution delivery, while ensuring every application aligns with the business goals and operational needs of the factory.

You combine a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and MES workflows with hands‑on software development skills in technologies such as .NET, Python, or Java. You’re comfortable integrating with control systems, connectivity layers, and enterprise applications (ERP, PLM, QMS) — and you know how to design solutions that are reliable, scalable, and production-ready.
