Responsibilities

• Greet and assist truck drivers at the gate and provide directions.
• Check transport documents and verify cargo details.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and suppliers.
• Create and manage outbound bulk, depotages, export ctrs, and related tasks.
• Monitor the Transwide planning and assist scheduling.
• Support daily invoicing for Access dossiers and maintain order in records.

Inge en Sofie zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste loketbediende voor een logistiek bedrijf in de Antwerpse Haven.

Als loketbediende houd je je bezig met administratie en communicatie.

Jouw takenpakket:

• Jij zal vooral vrachtwagenchauffeurs ontvangen en hen de weg tonen.
• Je controleert hierbij of hun transportdocumenten in orde zijn en of hun lading correct is.
• Je bent eerste aanspreekpunt van klanten en leveranciers.
• Je staat in voor het aanmaken / buitenpakken bulk, depotages, export-ctrs, inblazers, ...
• Je volgt de planning Transwide op
• Je helpt bij de dagelijkse facturatie dossiers "Access"
• Je staat mee in voor het op orde houden van het klassement
• Je rapporteert aan de administration manager
