Jobat is seeking a warehouse supervisor responsible for the full loading and unloading zone and ensuring correct shipping within Belgium and nearby countries. You will lead a team of 4–6 staff, report to the warehouse manager, and serve as the main contact for loader/unloader colleagues.

The role includes training new team members and coordinating with logistics operations to maintain efficient and accurate dispatches in our distribution center.

Jobomschrijving

• Je bent **verantwoordelijk** voor de volledige **laad- en loszone**.
• Je zorgt samen met jouw team (4 tot 6 medewerkers)voor een **correcte verzending**.
• Je **rapporteert** aan de warehouse manager en je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de collega lader-lossers.
• Starten er **nieuwe collega's** binnen jouw team? Dan verzorg jij hun **opleiding**.
