IBA RadioPharma Solutions is seeking a highly organized coordinator to drive product evolution across the entire lifecycle. You will align business needs with technical constraints, regulatory requirements and operational realities in a fast-paced Radiopharma environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams in Louvain-la-Neuve on-site at least twice per week, manage requirements in Polarion, and ensure traceability through JIRA and SAP.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering and minimum 3 years of experience in project coordination or product lifecycle management.
• Experience with multidisciplinary technical projects and traceability processes.
• Fluent in English; French is a strong asset.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the evolution of Radiopharma products from market needs to implementation across their lifecycle.
• Lead Change Management activities, including Change Control Board discussions and follow-up actions.
• Ensure collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, Industrialization, QA and RA teams.
• Balance technical, business and regulatory requirements while driving product evolution and obsolescence initiatives.
• Capture, structure and maintain requirements in Polarion with full traceability.
• Monitor activities via JIRA, SAP and Polarion to ensure timely actions.
• Provide visibility on progress, status of product evolution, and key deliverables.
