Qualifications

• You have relevant experience as a foreman or have experience in structural work and want to grow further.
• You can read and interpret technical construction plans.
• You work precisely and quality‑oriented.
• You show initiative, think solution‑oriented, and take responsibility for the tasks on the site.
• You ensure a safe working environment and make sure all safety guidelines are followed.

Responsabilités

• Monitor site quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Manage and motivate a team of rough construction workers.
• Consult with project managers, site managers, and subcontractors.
• Organize and coordinate daily operations.
• Perform masonry, concrete work, sewer and ground works, concrete and formwork tasks.
• Solve technical challenges at the construction site.
