Qover, a Brussels-based insurtech scale-up, is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to guide one of our product engineering teams as a people leader and hands-on player-coach. You will own your team’s delivery, technical quality, production ownership, and growth, partnering closely with Product and Design to stay close to the code and customer problems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production systems.
• Experience with distributed systems and API design.
• Strong track record leading engineers and delivering software.
