OMP is looking for a Lead Software Engineer to design, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable software systems. This hands-on role combines technical depth with mentorship as you run production-ready solutions.

You will own delivery end-to-end, mentor engineers, and drive quality with AI-based testing and strong observability. A strong background in cloud, algorithms, and collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Lead software engineer with a strong QA mindset.
• Around 10 years of work experience in software engineering.
• You're energized by AI in software engineering and testing.
• Excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking with cloud knowledge (Azure).
• Strong mentorship, teamwork, and communication.
• Bachelor's/Master's/PhD in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deliver high-performance, scalable software systems.
• Own delivery from design to production; you run what you ship.
• Stay hands-on in code while mentoring engineers.
• Refine requirements with product analysts for clarity and feasibility.
• Own technical correctness, performance, and scalability.
• Shift quality left and build AI-based testing frameworks for automation.
• Build observability into software to run it confidently.
