Vesuvius in Ghlin, Belgium, is seeking an experienced Lead Automation Engineer to drive advanced robotic automation solutions worldwide. You will lead a team of Automation Engineers, set technical standards, and ensure successful delivery from design to commissioning.

You will combine deep automation expertise with people leadership, coordinating with PM, Mechanical, R&D, Quality, Purchasing, and Operations to deliver customized solutions, while pursuing innovation and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Automation, Robotics and Mechatronic Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in robotics and mechatronics, system integration projects.
• People management experience, team leadership of engineers.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to engineers to drive project activities and define tasks.
• Define design solutions for product development and standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of automation equipment.
