A trusted IT Outsourcing partner is seeking a Lead .NET Developer (with Angular) for a project based in Europe. This role, which allows for remote work with occasional on-site sessions, requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of developers and testers. Candidates should have over 7 years of experience in software development, particularly with .NET Core and Angular, and possess a solid understanding of microservices architecture. Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong experience leading or mentoring agile/Scrum teams.
• Hands-on expertise with .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET Core, WebAPI, and Angular.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Experience with Azure (App Service, Functions, Service Bus, SQL Database).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployments.
• Strong background in CI/CD, DevOps practices, and performance monitoring.
• Experience with authentication and security (OAuth2, JWT, OWASP basics).

Responsabilités

• Lead and mentor a Scrum team of 6 developers/testers.
• Act as the primary technical and delivery contact for client stakeholders.
• Oversee end-to-end software delivery, ensuring quality, performance, and timeliness.
• Remain hands-on: develop features, review code, and enforce best practices.
• Drive code quality through reviews, design patterns, and clean architecture principles.
• Support team growth, knowledge sharing, and a healthy team culture.
• Maintain project documentation and provide light progress reporting.
• Identify risks early and propose process and technical improvements.

For one of our clients based in Europe, we are currently looking for a Lead .NET Developer (with Angular).

Details

• Role: Lead .NET Developer (with Angular).
• Location: Remote, with occasional sessions in the EU.
• Start: asap
• Duration: 6 months + extension
• US hours overlap: Min. 2–6 pm CET (ideally until 7 pm CET)
