Qualifications

• Active NATO SECRET security clearance.
• Master's degree with 5+ years post-related experience, or Bachelor's with 8 years.
• Proven experience managing technical teams.
• Knowledge of current and future Mobile Infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with design and systems integration of communications equipment.
• ITIL Foundation.
• PRINCE2 Foundation or PMP.

Responsabilités

• Leads the development of architectures for complex solutions ensuring consistency with requirements.
• Establishes policies for selection of architecture components.
• Manages trade-offs among functional, service quality and systems management needs across projects.
• Communicates decisions to stakeholders and coordinates target architecture across initiatives.
• Maintains a stable architecture and ensures design consistency and standards.
