  • Design and deliver training programs for junior investigators across the conglomerate’s diverse business units, ensuring consistency in investigative methods.
  • Conduct follow-ups on ongoing investigations, ensuring timely resolution and tracking outstanding cases through to conclusion.
  • Analyze investigation outcomes, identify trends, and report risks to senior leadership and compliance teams.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and improvements to investigation approaches across all business sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, external regulators, and law enforcement to ensure comprehensive follow-through.
What you bring to the team

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and background:

  • Ability to influence and collaborate across diverse cultures and business units.
  • Flexibility to work reasonably across time zones as required.
