TDC Design Foundry is seeking a Project Manager to oversee interior design/build projects from concept to completion. You will lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure quality and schedule adherence.

Responsibility includes coordinating with clients, design teams, architects, contractors, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within scope. Strong communication, leadership, and budget management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within interior design, construction, or build.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale interior design/build projects from concept to completion.
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project) and knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit.
• Strong leadership and team management skills and excellent communication.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Coordinate with design teams, architects, contractors, and subcontractors for scheduling and resources.
• Forecast resource needs including labour, materials, and equipment.
• Serve as main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate progress, challenges and updates with clients regularly.
• Coordinate with QS team to develop and manage budgets and cost control.
• Monitor expenses, procure and negotiate with suppliers, and track financials.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design intent and safety compliance.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans, and resolve issues quickly to minimize delays.
