Randstad Digital in Belgium is seeking an experienced Installation Supervisor with a background in low-voltage systems, fire detection, or battery management systems (BMS). You will mentor technicians, oversee installations, and act as the primary technical contact for clients.

The role requires 5+ years of field experience, proficiency with blueprints and wiring diagrams, and a valid driver’s license. English is required, with French or German a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field experience in fire alarm/safety, low-voltage battery management systems (BMS) or related areas.
• Proficiency with blueprints, schematics, basic programming, hand/power tools, and PPE.
• Professional English (B2 minimum); French, German, or Luxembourgish is a strong plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; trade designation (e.g., Electrician) preferred.

Responsabilités

• Team Leadership: Mentor, supervise, and develop installation technicians and electrical installers.
• Project Execution: Oversee low-voltage installation, testing, repairs, and subcontractor work to deliver projects safely, on budget, and on schedule.
• Client & Technical Support: Serve as the primary technical contact, train clients/installers, and read complex blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
