• Senior-level frontend engineering experience enabling you to independently turn an ambitious goal into a clear plan, direction, and delivered outcome.
• Strong professional experience with React and TypeScript allows you to guide other engineers toward effective patterns and high-quality migration decisions.
• Expert fluency with at least one AI development tool is essential, including an understanding of how these tools work, where they fail, and how to create the context, workflows, and guardrails needed for good results.
• Your strong project-management habits help you organise your own work, communicate progress, answer questions, document decisions, and keep complex initiatives moving.
