COSMED in Belgium seeks a Technical Service & Development Scientist (Formulation) for Healthcare Solutions, to lead hands-on formulation work and customer engagements within the Liveo platform.

Collaborating with commercial, R&D and manufacturing teams, you will translate market needs into scalable, high‑performance formulations, apply DoE, and support tech transfer from lab to manufacturing, with travel 20–25%.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry or related field with formulation knowledge.
• Colloid and interface science understanding for emulsions.
• Polymer science aspects for gels/film-formers.
• Rheology and viscosity control skills.
• 5+ years in medical device/cosmetic topical applications.

Responsabilités

• Lead technical customer engagements translating needs into performance requirements.
• Develop and customize liquid & semisolid formulations with hands-on testing.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for customers.
• Support technology transfer for scale-up and commercialization.
• Travel 20%-25% or less.
