Haskoning is seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer to design and lead complex electrical installations for Mission Critical Facilities and data centre projects. You will oversee low- and high-voltage systems, redundancy concepts, and UPS solutions while coordinating with international colleagues.

You will bridge design and execution, guiding projects from concept through delivery in a multidisciplinary, global team. Dutch and English fluency are required; French is a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical discipline.
• Several years of experience as an electrical engineer, preferably in data centres or mission critical environments.
• Experience in technically leading and coordinating electrical design activities within projects.
• Solid understanding of electrical installations and relevant standards/guidelines in construction and building services.
• Good command of Dutch and English; French is an advantage.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop electrical design from concept to detailed design, ensuring quality and compliance.
• Coordinate electrical with mechanical, civil, and structural disciplines.
• Align electrical activities between Belgian and international project teams within the MCF hub.
• Review designs and calculations and act as the technical point of contact for electrical topics.
• Prepare technical specifications and support tender documentation and analyses.
• Support execution phase and translate design into realised solutions.
• Identify optimisation opportunities and support digitalisation in design processes.
