Job summary

Proximus Group seeks a seasoned Lead Developer/Lead Architect to shape cloud, platform, and integration strategy. You will enable delivery teams with clear standards, reusable patterns, and technical guidance across the organization.

You will mentor architects and engineers, drive modernization efforts, and ensure alignment with business objectives and security requirements in a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud/DevSecOps roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Ability to influence technology strategy at organizational level.
• Comfortable in complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Understand architectural vision and roadmap for cloud and platform modernization.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise standards, security, and governance.
• Drive architectural consistency with innovation and delivery speed.
• Translate business strategy into technology requirements and initiatives.
• Identify emerging technologies and translate to platform requirements.
• Drive adoption of modern engineering practices and cloud-native architectures.
• Provide guidance on hybrid/public cloud, observability, automation, and integration architectures.
• Support large transformation initiatives from inception to implementation.
• Collaborate with managers, owners and engineers for successful delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies and constraints early.
• Facilitate decision making on complex technical trade-offs.
• Coach and elevate architectural maturity across teams.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and communicate complex concepts.
